Iraq E-Government Roadmap for Progress
The evolution of information communication technologies has resulted for many of changes to the approach of things are done around the world. Last week Iraqi Canadian Chamber of Commerce has a great video call discussion with (45 Iraq Committee) who responsible about managing the Iraq E-Government roadmap progress. The implementation of E-Government in Iraq requires several pre-request steps; one of them is ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The Webinar focused on best practice of establishing the governance, developing human resources and infrastructure enhancement. Based on our knowledge, the percentage of leaders and political decision makers who have experience in ICT in Iraq is lower than (15%). E-government program aims to obtain greater effectiveness in government performance, during increasing the level of performance of services for citizens and investors from all types of society efficiently, easily and accurately, to be a new kind of performance of governmental transactions and official government
